Review and reinforce the rock cycle with this digital escape room resource.

This is a completely digital escape room – all students will need is internet access and a URL which you will receive in a PDF with the solution and hints as well as suggestions to having a successful game. NO prep required – just give your students the URL and they’re off to find clues and solve puzzles.

Suitable for ages 10-15, this escape room will lead students to an image of a cave. They’ve been locked out of the exit to the cave and need to discover the 7 digit code that will set them free. Clicking on various parts of the image lead to clues such as a code, a diagram of the rock cycle, a puzzle that requires students to match rock types and definitions, and a few clues about the 7 digit code. Also included is a 1-2 minute video explaining what an escape room and how it works.

Average student completion time is approximately 40 minutes, but your mileage may vary. This escape room can be done individually or in groups of 2-4, either remotely or in a classroom.
