Description

Celebrate Black History Month in your middle school science classroom with this research template.

How this resource works:

1. Assign each student one of the 28 featured scientists (differentiated with some common and some obscure scientists).
2. Share the slide show with students, allowing them to edit.
3. Each scientist has one slide in the slide show with space for students to add important information and an image of their scientist. Space is also provided for students to cite their sources for the image and for the important information.
4. Present the slide show to the whole class and have students share what they learned.
